  • Q: How do I place an order? Inventory items/Custom Orders:
    A: Orders can be placed through Ariba or on the company store using a credit card.

  • Q: How long does it take for an order to be approved?
    A: Depends on your internal approvers. We recommend that you reach out to them directly. Once approved, SBS will receive the order immediately.

  • Q: I am having trouble adding items to my cart. Can you help?
    A: The cart issue you are facing is due to the punchout site’s cookies not being stored by the browser.  This issue is on Deloitte’s end as IE 11 by default is set not to accept session cookies, which has to be manually enabled to address issues with supplier punchout. Below are steps on how to switch cookies to ‘on’:

    1. Open Internet Explorer from Desktop

    2. Click on the settings button on the top right corner, under the close/exit button of the browser

    3. Select Internet Options

    4. Navigate to the tab named ‘Privacy’

    5. Click on ‘Advanced’ for advanced privacy settings

    6. Check the box next to the message ‘Always allow session cookies’ and click ‘OK’

    7. Click ‘OK’ again

    8. Restart the browser and login to Ariba

  • Q: What is your returns policy?
    A: In-Stock Non Special Order Items: Merchandise can be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, if an alternative item is required kindly place a new order. All merchandise for return must be in new condition, with its original packaging. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made by us. Returns for credit will be processed and refunded to your original form of payment within 2 weeks of receipt of your return.
